Can I change the receiving address of the order?

We hustle to get your order out the door fast, but if you need to update your shipping address, act quick! Contact our customer service team with the new address right away, and they’ll take care of it.

Just keep in mind, once your order’s packed and ready to roll, we can’t make changes—so speed is key!

Can I cancel the order after I place the order?

Changed your mind? No worries—but you’ve got to be quick! Contact us within 6 hours of placing your order, and we’ll handle the cancellation. After that, your order heads into production (since everything we create is custom-made just for you), and cancellations won’t be possible. So don’t wait—let us know ASAP!

What should do if I have received a faulty item or the different size.

Got an issue with your order? Don’t sweat it—we’re here to help! Just pop over to our Contact Us page, share a pic of what you received, and include your order number. If it’s within 30 days of delivery, we’ll replace it for free!

I have been issued a refund but the fund are not in my bank account, what now?

How do I wash my clothes?

Want your gear to last? It’s easy—just follow our care guide to keep it looking fresh:

  1. Turn them inside out before washing—it’s like a mini spa treatment for your gear.
  2. Machine washing is totally fine, but try and make sure it’s a cold wash and a gentle cycle.
  3. Air drying is the MVP, but if you’re in a hurry, a low-heat dryer works too.
  4. Expect a tiny bit of shrinkage after washing—it’s just cotton being cotton (kind of like your patience on a Monday morning)
