Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for the return of the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
A refund for the returned items will be processed once we receive your return package.
There are some situations where only partial refunds can be guaranteed if applicable. For example, any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons beyond our control.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your package to reach us may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Size/ color changes
Contact us on this page for size and color changes as soon as possible. Once your order is fulfilled, changes cannot be made anymore.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Include clear pictures of t he issue and the packaging with its label. Our customer service team will review your claim and resolve the matter.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on discounted or sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us by submitting the form on our contact us page.
Lost/ stolen packages
If you believe your package is lost or stolen, please contact us right away. Additionally, reach out to the shipping company to file a claim.
